Canadian Lesbian & Gay Archives
The Canadian Lesbian & Gay Archives works to preserve lesbian and gay history in Canada and beyond. They collect material on people, organizations, issues, and events, arrange that material, record it, store it, and secure it for the future. Major non-archival collections include a research library, international subject files, and the world's largest collection of lesbian and gay periodicals. All this is available to the public for education and research, and they welcome those who just want to browse (you can also browse online). Contact information can be found at their web site.
Canadian Rainbow Health Coalition
The Canadian Rainbow Health Coalition / Coalition santé arc-en-ciel Canada (CRHC / CSAC) is a national organization whose objective is to address the various health and wellness issues that people who have sexual and emotional relationships with people of the same gender, or a gender identity that does not conform to the identity assigned to them at birth, encounter. Canada's community-based gay/lesbian/bisexual information network, run by the Canadian Gay, Lesbian & Bisexual Resource Directory. Gay Canada offers a free listing to all non-profit gay/lesbian/bisexual organizations. Click on Add Edit Listing at the very bottom of their home page, beside "Resources".
